At Safe Removals Brisbane, we understand that moving can be a stressful experience. To help relieve some of that stress, we've compiled a list of frequently asked questions to provide you with the answers you need. If you don't see your question here, don't hesitate to contact us.

  • How good are your professional movers?
    We utilise the best moving equipment and high level training programme to ensure that your move is taken care of in the most safe, efficient and cost effective manner. Our teams meet up each morning, and have regular training sessions to ensure they are delivering the best possible service to our clients. Further to this, we make sure that all of your belongings are protected and wrapped to an extremely high standard so that you have extra peace of mind.
  • What size trucks are available?
    Our standard truck size is 4.5 tonne and holds 20m3 worth of furniture. This is ideal for 1-3 rooms worth of furniture. The next truck size up is 9 tonne and holds 40m3 worth of furniture. This is ideal for 3 rooms + worth of furniture.
  • How much will it cost?
    Our rates vary depending on the day of the week, truck size, as well as many other variables. We cater for all size moves and budgets so get in touch today and we'll provide you with a free estimate.
  • How accurate is my estimate?
    Estimates are to be used as a guide only, and to exemplify what a move would cost if it is done in a certain amount of time. If you have more items, or access is longer than anticipated, it is the clients responsibility to cover the extra time cost incurred. We do not conduct site visits - it is therefore a pay as you go service.
  • Are there any hidden fees?
    All of our fees are discussed upfront over the phone and attached to your booking confirmation. If you are unsure of anything then please reply to the booking confirmation email so we can clarify for you. We pride ourselves on being as transparent as possible.
